Prayer: Day 3

“Pray then like this: Our Father who art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, On earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; And forgive us our debts, As we also have forgiven our debtors; And lead us not into temptation, But deliver us from evil. For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father also will forgive you; but if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.” (Matthew 6:9-15)

Intentions: That we may truly mean each petition in the “Our Father” and live out our recitations.

Action: As you recite the Our Father today, note the seven petitions contained in it, and meditate on how each of them apply to yourself and the world.
